As an A & R Representative, Talent and Song Scout, Manager, PR & Marketing, Recording Artist, Singer/Songwriter, Business Owner, Booking Agent, Radio DJ, and Event Planner currently residing in Pennsylvania; she was born in Ohio and pursued her dreams of being Lead Singer/Songwriter in a rock/alternative band called Ridiculas Trixx by moving to Kansas. The band performed for 10 years and won many nominations and awards, such as Akademia & Josie Music Awards, "Best rock band of the year" "Best rock song of the year", just to name a few. She also helped build a current radio station from the ground up, DJing for a few years, until she decided to pursue her career in music.

Being in orchestra and playing the violin throughout her school years, she taught herself to learn to play many instruments by ear. Her vocals are of an old school, bluesy, rock sound and powerful, and her operatic pitch is remarkable to say the least.

She is constantly educating herself on all current music industry changes, and utilizes all her knowledge, to assist others in areas she feels will mostly be beneficial to them, to help assist and further them in their music career. Ronneca truly cares about the music industry and all the amazing talent. She is looking forward in utilizing her skills for all her future endeavors.
