Major Record Distribution Bio

In September 2021, Major Record Distribution was founded by Phyllis Salter-Gann, Bruce W. Jackson, Andy Courcier and Drake King. 

The label was shelved in late 2022 after not being able to obtain a major distribution deal. The owners felt it would do no good to release music through one of the regular channels. Major distribution would help an artist. 

In May 2023, the label obtained The Orchard, one of the largest major distributors in the music industry. We kicked into full motion, moving forward with the label. Within announcing we had The Orchard for distribution, we received over 150 submissions. We are being very selective about the artists we pick. They must be driven to have a career in the music industry and willing to do the work. In September 2023, we signed 3 artists, Ameri Shaye, Richie Love, Mariea Antionette. In 2024, we signed Mojo Marc, and Christine J Scott, in 2025, we recently signed Rogues of Chaos.

Drake King left the company for family reasons. The label is owned by Phyllis Salter-Gann, Bruce W. Jackson, and Andy Courcier. 

Red Carpet Awards in Europe is our first nomination for the label.
